Launching #CalgaryToSpace

Encouraging the aerospace industry in our community.
Inspiring, empowering, and educating students.

As the only student team in Calgary with the goal of launching our satellite into space, we provide a unique opportunity for students to contribute to a real spacecraft and mission.

Building Calgary’s first student-developed satellite, FrontierSat (CTS-SAT-1). Assembly, integration, and test of the flight model is underway, and FrontierSat is slated to launch in Fall 2025.
We welcome students from all years and academic backgrounds, offering both leadership and learning opportunities while promoting diversity in STEM.
